老年退行性心瓣膜病患者的超声诊断方法和结果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析研究老年退行性心瓣膜病患者的超声诊断方法及结果。方法:选取2014年9月到2015年9月收治的102例经超声诊断为老年退行性心瓣膜病患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的超声影像学表现,判断其病变瓣膜、累及位置等,分析年龄与病变瓣膜分布关系,将其诊断结果与病理结果对照,计算诊断准确率。结果:102例经超声诊断为老年退行性心瓣膜病的患者中,99例经病理诊断证实,诊断准确率为97.02%。患者的病变瓣膜主要分布在AV上,而病变位置主要累及心瓣叶基底部,其中,>70岁的患者在AV、AV+m V的分布比例与≤70岁的患者均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对老年退行性心瓣膜疾病患者实施超声检查能对病变瓣膜、累及位置等进行有效判断,而且诊断准确率高,是比较理想的诊断方法,有利于患者的早期治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective： Analysis of senile degenerative heart valve disease ultrasound diagnosis methods and results. Methods： September 2014 to September 2015 were treated 102 cases of ultrasound diagnosis of degenerative heart valve disease patients as research subjects, were analyzed retrospectively ultrasound imaging findings in patients to determine their valve disease, involving the location, analysis of the relationship between age and the distribution valve disease, which diagnosis and pathologic results, calculated diagnostic accuracy. Results： 102 cases diagnosed by ultrasound degenerative heart valve disease patients, 99 patients with pathologically confirmed diagnosis, diagnostic accuracy was 97.02%. Valve disease patients mainly in the AV, and location of the lesion mainly involving the heart valves at the bottom of the leaf base, where〉70 year-old patient in the AV, AV＋ distribution ratio mV and -〈70 year-old patient were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For patients with senile degenerative heart valve disease embodiments ultrasound energy to diseased valve, involving the location of effective judgment, and high diagnostic accuracy, is an ideal method of diagnosis, early treatment is conducive to the patient, worthy of clinical application.
