摘 要:目的:探讨双源CT血管成像显示CAVM破裂出血的危险因素。方法:采用单因素和多因素Logistics回顾性分析106例CAVM患者的临床资料。结果:单因素分析表明畸形血管团部位、大小、供血动脉类型、引流静脉类型及数目、合并动脉瘤与CAVM破裂出血相关;多因素Logistic回归分析表明位于脑深部、小型、单支静脉引流、深静脉引流与CAVM破裂出血相关。结论 :位于脑深部、畸形血管团<3cm、单支静脉引流、深静脉引流为CAVM破裂出血的独立危险因素。Objective: To investigate the correlative factors of cerebral arteriovenous malformation associated with hemorrhage by double source CT angiography. Methods: The clinical data of 106 patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation were retrospectively univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyzed. Results: Univariate analysis suggested that factors that were positively correlated to hemorrhagic presentation included the site and size of AVM masses,the type of supply artery,the type of venous drainages,the number of venous drainages,and coexisting aneurysms. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that located in the deep brain, small size, only single venous drainage and deep venous drainage were closely related to hemorrhage of cerebral arteriovenous malformation. Conclusion: Located in the deep brain, small size, only single venous drainage and deep venous drainage were independent predictors for hemorrhagic presentation.
