PDCA循环法在降低住院药房口服药品调剂差错中的应用

摘　　要：目的降低住院药房口服药品调剂差错,保证患者用药安全。方法应用PDCA循环法对住院药房口服药品调剂差错情况进行原因分析,制定相应对策并实施。结果实施PDCA循环管理法后调剂差错率由原来的0.174%下降至0.084%,下降了51.8%。结论运用PDCA循环法能明显降低住院药房口服药品调剂差错率,提高患者的用药安全。OBJECTIVE To reduce the drug dispensing errors in Hospital pharmacy,this would ensure the safety of drug use in patients. METHODS Using the PDCA circulation method to analyze the causes of drug dispensing errors in inpatient pharmacy,and the corresponding countermeasures were formulated and implemented. RESULTS After the implementation of the PDCA cycle management method,the error rate was reduced from 0. 174% to0. 084%,down by 51. 8%. CONCLUSION The use of PDCA cycle method can significantly reduce the error rate of oral drug dispensing in hospital pharmacy,and improve the safety of drug use in patients.
