摘　　要：目的:总结语前聋儿童人工耳蜗植入术围手术期护理经验。方法:对52例患儿进行精心的术前、术后护理以及正确的康复指导。结果:通过围手术期优质的专科护理,52例患儿术后创口愈合好,无并发症发生。结论:人工耳蜗植入术患儿术前进行充分的心理护理及术前准备,术后密切观察及精心护理,可以显著提高手术成功率,降低手术风险,减少术后并发症。Objective： To summarize the perioperative nursing experience in prelingually deaf children undergoing cochlear implant.Methods： Careful nursing and correct rehabilitation instruction were given to 52 prelingually deaf children undergoing cochlear implants.Results： By offering quality and special nursing in operation,the wounds were well healed and no complications occurred in the 52 children.Conclusion： Adequate psychological care and preoperative preparation as well as closely postoperative observation and careful nursing may significantly improve the rates of successful cochlear implants and reduce the risks and complications associated with operation.
