摘  要:为了应用Chrastil缔合模型准确地计算元素硫在酸性气体中的溶解度,以现有文献中元素硫在酸性气体中的溶解度实验数据为依据,对前人采用的2种Chrastil模型系数拟合方法的Chrastil模型预测硫溶解度的效果进行了分析。结果表明:采用第一种拟合方法得到的Chrastil模型系数不能用来进行元素硫溶解度预测;而采用方法二得出的模型系数,可以预测溶解度随气体密度的变化趋势,但其预测误差偏大。为此,针对第二种拟合方法提出了一种计算Chrastil模型系数的改进拟合方法(二重变量循环法)。实例应用结果表明:在所研究的温度压力范围内,改进后的拟合方法使Chrastil缔合模型在预测精度上有较大幅度的提高,拟合的相对误差小于5%。In order to accurately predict the solubility of elemental sulfur in acid gas mixture using Chrastil’s association model,based on the experimental data of the solubility of elemental sulfur in acid gases in the related literature,the sulfur solubility prediction effects of the Chrastil model whose coefficients are obtained by two kinds of fitting methods were analyzed,and the results show that,the Chrastil model coefficients obtained by the first kind of fitting method can not used for the prediction of the sulfur solubility,the Chrastil model coefficients obtained by the second kind of fitting method can be used,but the prediction accuracy is very low. For this reason,the second kind of fitting method is improved. The application results of cases show that,in the temperature and pressure ranges in this paper,the prediction accuracy of the Chrastil model whose coefficients are calculated by the improved fitting method is high,and its average relative fitting error is less than 5%.
