血尿酸对膝骨关节炎患者WOMAC指数变化的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析血尿酸水平对膝关节骨关节炎患者WOMAC骨关节炎指数的相关性。方法研究入组患者312例,采用多元线性回归分析各因素对WOMAC的影响。结果患者WOMAC评分与尿酸呈负相关,其Pearson相关系数(r)为-0.824 8(P<0.000 1)。性别、BMI和尿酸水平对于WOMAC具有影响,其多元回归方程为WOMAC=-7.811+0.363×(BMI)+0.002×(尿酸)+0.166×(性别)。结论性别、BMI和尿酸是膝关节骨关节炎WOMAC评分的影响因素。Objective To assess the effect of serum uric acid to the WOMAC index in the osteoarthritis（OA）patients.Methods A total 312 patients were included in the study.Serum acid and other indexes were detected for Pearson correlation analysis and multivariable linear regression model.Results The data indicated the serum uric acid correlated with WOMAC negatively（r=-0.824 8,P〈0.000 1）.The linear regression was found between gender,BMI,uric acid and WOMAC.The model is WOMAC=-7.811＋0.363×（BMI）＋0.002×（uric acid）＋0.166×（gender）.Conclusion gender,BMI and uric acid are associated with WOMAC.
