摘 要:为了研究某向心透平在非设计工况下的运行特性,保证向心透平高效经济地运行,运用计算流体力学软件进行数值模拟,并且采用Peng-Robinson状态方程计算有机工质真实气体特性,分析了不同转速,进口总温和出口压力对向心透平性能的影响。结果表明,有机工质向心透平性能受变工况的影响较大,控制好合理的进出口参数和转速水平对透平的高效运行至关重要;相对于其它变量,转速对透平效率的影响最大,进口总温最小;在设计工况下,转速、进口总温和出口压力对透平效率的影响相对较小,同时保持了较高的透平效率。In order to study the operating characteristics of a radial inflow turbine under off-design conditions and to ensure the radial turbine working efficiently and economically, Numerical simulation is carried out using Computational Fluid Dynamics software, the Peng-Robinson equations of state is also adopted to calculate the real gas properties of organic working fluid. Then the influence on the performance of the radial inflow turbine was analyzed when rotational speed, total inlet temperature and outlet pressure changed. It has been showed that the influence of the organic working medium on the performance of the turbine is large, and the reasonable control of the inlet and outlet parameters and the speed of the turbine is very important for the efficient operation of the turbine ; Compared to other variables, effeet of rotational speed on turbine efficiency is the biggest, and the total inlet temperature is the least; The nominal condition is well-suited to handle variations of rotational speed, total inlet temperature and outlet pressure while maintaining a relatively high efficiency.
