摘  要:某缓倾斜磷矿赋存条件复杂,分3种赋存状态:a.含夹石的3层矿体;b.上分支下复合的两层矿体;c.上复合下分支的两层矿体。由于矿石品位较低,为了实现矿山安全高效开采,降低损失贫化率,针对中厚矿层提出了分层房柱采矿法,薄矿层提出了削底(顶)充填采矿法,同时根据矿石的物理力学性质及矿压计算分析了采场结构参数,研究结果表明:矿房跨度10m,矿柱尺寸为4m×4m,回采效果最佳,矿块矿石损失率小于21%,贫化率小于5%,平均生产能力可达800t/d。A gently inclined complex phosphate deposit has three occurrence states:a, three ore layers with waste rock; b. two ore layers with the upper branch and the down combination; c. two ore layers with the upper combination and the down branch. The layered room pillar mining method was proposed for the medium thick ore body with a low ore grade and the cut bot- tom (top) filling mining method was proposed /'or the thin ore body to conduct safe and efficient mining and to reduce the ore loss and dilution. Meanwhile, the stope structure parameters were calculated and analyzed in accordance with the physical and mechanical properties and ore pressure. The results showed that with the span of room being 10 m and the width of pillar 3 m , stoping will have a best result with the ore loss rate below 21%, the dilution rates under 5% and the average production capacity up to 800 t/d.
