摘　　要：十八大以来,反腐倡廉及其制度建设力度前所未有。高压强力的反腐新常态不仅取得了"信心红利",适应了人民群众的利益需求,也为反腐倡廉制度建设提供了宝贵的经验。从内容看,体现为党内教育管理、国家惩治监督和个人预防学习"三位一体"的结合;从经验看,表现为思想建党与制度治党、不忘初心与时代问题、个体教育与政治生态相结合的特点;从启示看,今后反腐倡廉建设须继续拴紧"制度笼子",不断完善实体性制度和程序性制度。The extent of anti-corruption and institution construct is unprecedented since the 18 th CPC national congress.The high-pressure and powerful anti-corruption ＂new normal＂not only bring the ＂confidence bonus＂,adapted people,s interest requirements,but also provided valuable experience of anti-corruption institution construct.In contents it shows ＂the trinity＂integrate of inner-party education management、country supervision punishment and personal preventive learning;in experience it shows the features combine with ideological party building and institutional governance、keep original aspiration and time problems、individual education and political ecology;in enlightenment we need fasten the ＂institution cage＂continually in the future,and continue to complete the substantive institution and procedural institution.
