摘 要:为了研究桥式起重机货物摆动规律,寻找抑制货物摆动、精准定位的控制理论和方法,通过建立桥式起重机机构运动和货物摆动的动力学模型,推导起升运动引起货物摆动的变化规律公式,得出如下结论:起升运动使货物摆动成为弱阻尼二阶振荡系统,货物的摆动角度是幅值和频率缓慢变化的周期函数,摆动幅值以指数函数衰减或增加,摆动频率随钢丝绳长度的变化而变化,进一步通过仿真计算分析了起升运动引起的货物摆动特性的变化规律。To study the rule of cargo sway of the overhead crane and get the control theory and methods for controlling cargo sway and precise positioning, a dynamic model for the movement and cargo sway of the overhead crane is developed to get the formula of change rule of cargo sway arising from lifting movement. The following conclusion is made: the under- damping two-order oscillation system is realized for cargo sway by the lifting motion. The cargo swing angle is the periodic function of snow change of amplitude and frequency. The sway amplitude varies with the decrease/increase of exponential function, and the swing frequency varies with the change of rope lengths, and the change rule of cargo sway characteristics caused by lifting movement is analyzed through the stimulation calculation.
