摘　　要：通过对C型翻车机本体结构在不同工况下的受载情况进行详细分析,给出了翻车机的载荷计算式。运用Ansys有限元分析软件,得出翻车机转子的应力应变分布情况,为此类翻车机的设计及优化提供了重要依据。The paper analyzes the load-bearing conditions of the C-type dumper under different conditions in detail and introduces the load calculation expression of the dumper. Ansys finite element analysis is adopted for getting the stress ＆ strain distribution of the dumper rotor, providing basis for designing and optimizing such dumpers.
