中国煤炭业上市公司竞争性战略选择的测度研究

摘　　要：运用2010-2014年公开市场数据,对中国煤炭业上市公司的竞争性战略选择进行实证测度。研究表明,中煤能源、兖州煤业、云煤能源、神火股份、西山煤电、潞安环能六家公司采用的是比较显著的差异化战略;平庄能源、露天煤业、安泰集团、美锦能源、平煤股份、黑化股份六家公司采用的是比较显著的成本领先战略;行业特征对公司竞争性战略选择的资本密集度指标影响显著。Based on the data of listed companies from 2010 to 2014, the choice of competitive strategy for the coal mining listed companies is measured. The result shows that some companies adopted significant differentiation strategy, such as China Coal Energy Company limited, and other companies adopted significant cost leadership strategy, such as Inner Mongolia PingZhuang Energy Resources CO. , LTD. The result also shows that the characteristics of industry have significant effect on capital intensity of the features of enterprises＇ competitive strategy.
