摘　　要：探讨因郁致病的健忘证治。郁证性健忘的范畴包含现代医学抑郁、焦虑、神经症的记忆减退,但一般不包括器质性疾病、增龄相关记忆障碍、认知功能障碍以及各种痴呆所致之记忆减退;其主要由情志因素引起,中医病机包括心脾亏虚、心肾不交、肝失疏泄、瘀血痰浊。同时分析郁证性健忘的临床特征及古今治疗方药。This paper mainly discussed the syndromes and treatment of forgetfulness due to depression syndrome. This kind of forgetfulness due to depression syndrome mainly covers depression,anxiety and neurosal hypomnesis in modern medicine,but it dose not generally include the memory loss caused by organic diseases,age-associated memory impairment,cognitive impairment and various dementia. It is mainly caused by emotional factors,the pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine include deficiency of heart and spleen,disharmony between heart and kidney,stagnation of liver qi,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity. Also,the clinical features and the medicine treatment in ancient and modern for forgetfulness due to depression syndrome were analyzed.
