摘　　要：从病因病机、辨证论治讨论运用董氏金粟丹防治小儿高热惊厥的疗法。认为其有平肝滋阴、定惊安神等功效,并总结出健脾固卫、预防复发是该病治疗重点。举验案2则。This paper discussed Dong＇s Jinsu Pill in the prevention and treatment of febrile convulsion in children from etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment. It considers that Jinsu Pill has the effects of suppressing hyperactive liver and nourishing yin,arresting convulsion for tranquillization.It also summarizes that the treatments for this disease focus on invigorating spleen to consolidate defensive qi and prevention of recurrence. Two proven cases were recorded.
