徐氏珍珠定喘方治疗热哮型支气管哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察徐氏珍珠定喘方治疗热哮型支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将80例热哮型支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组予徐氏珍珠定喘方治疗,对照组予复方甲氧那明胶囊和布地奈德粉吸入剂治疗。两组疗程均为7天,观察临床疗效,比较中医单项症状积分(喘息、咳嗽、咯痰等)和肺功能相关指标用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气流速(PEF)的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组临床总显效率分别为87.50%和67.50%;组间临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组间治疗后比较,喘息、咳嗽积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组间治疗后比较,FEV1、PEF水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而FVC改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论徐氏珍珠定喘方治疗热哮型支气管哮喘的疗效满意,可显著缓解患者临床症状,改善肺通气功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xu＇ s Zhenzhu Dingchuan Prescription in the treatment of bronchial asthma with heat syndrome. Methods 80 cases of bronchial asthma with heat syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group ,40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Xu＇s Zhenzhu Dingchuan Prescription, and the control group was treated with compound methoxyphenamine capsules and bndesonide powder inhalation ,with a course of 7 days. The clinical efficacy was observed, the scores of TCM single symptom （dyspnea, cough, expectoration etc. ）and the indexes related to lung function as forced vital capacity （FVC） ,forced expiratory volume in the first second （FEVI ） and peak expiratory flow （PEF） were compared. Results ①The clinical total effective rate was 87.50% in the treatment group and 67.50% in the control group, the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ②For the comparison between groups after treatment, the differences on the scores of dyspnea and cough were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the differences on the scores of other symptoms were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. ③There were statistically significant differences on the levels of FEVI and PEF between the two groups after treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but no obvious change of FVC was found （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xu＇ s Zhenzhu Dingchuan Proscription shows good effects in the treatment of bronchial asthma with heat syndrome,which can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the pulmonary ventilation function.
