碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯中和剂的筛选研究

摘　　要：目的筛选适合碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯杀灭微生物效果试验的中和剂。方法参考2002年版《消毒技术规范》,采用中和剂初选试验和中和剂鉴定试验方法进行试验。结果采用10 g/L硫代硫酸钠+10 g/L吐温-80+5 g/L卵磷脂的PBS溶液可有效中和1 500 mg/L碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯的残留效应,且中和剂本身及中和产物对金黄色葡萄球菌生长无不良影响。结论 10 g/L硫代硫酸钠+10 g/L吐温-80+5 g/L卵磷脂的PBS溶液可以作为碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯杀灭微生物试验的中和剂。Objective To screen out the proper neutralizer for iodopropynyl butylcarbamate in bacteria suspension quanti-tative germicidal test. Methods Using the test of primary selection and identification of neutralizer referred to Disinfection Technology Standards （ Chinese Ministry of Health,2002 version） . Results Using neutralizer composed of 10 g/L sodium thiosulfate,10 g/L Tween-80,5 g/L lecithin in phosphate buffer solution can neutralize the remained effect of 1 500 mg/L iodopropynyl butylcarbamate. Both of the neutralizer itself and the product of the neutralization have no influence on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion The neutralizer composed of 10 g/L sodium thiosulfate,10 g/L Tween-80, 5 g/L lecithin in phosphate buffer solution can neutralize the remained effect of iodopropynyl butylcarbamate in bacteria sus-pension quantitative germicidal test.
