中和剂及中和产物对戊二醛消毒剂灭菌试验结果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的了解高浓度中和剂及中和产物对消毒剂灭菌试验结果的影响,为建立专门的消毒剂灭菌试验中和剂选择试验方法提供依据。方法以TSB培养基为对照,用2%戊二醛和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢进行试验,观察含不同中和剂、中和产物的TSB培养基对正常菌和消毒后残存菌生长的情况。结果所有配方中和剂及中和产物对正常菌生长无影响,但对残存菌有抑制作用,尤以含中和产物培养基明显。结论消毒剂灭菌试验采用在定量方法鉴定合格的中和剂中加入TSB培养基粉末配制培养基,造成培养体系中和剂及其中和产物浓度过高,可能引起假阴性结果;消毒后残存菌的生长复苏能力大大弱于正常菌,应以消毒后残存菌进行消毒剂灭菌试验中和剂选择试验。ObjectiveTo know the influence of neutralizer and neutralization products with high concentrations on steriliza-tion results of glutaraldehyde, so as to provide scientific basis for selecting neutralizer in disinfectant sterilization test. Methods We conduct sterilization experiments using 2% glutaraldehyde with TSB medium as a control and Bacillus subti-lis var . niger as the indicating microorganism, for observing growth conditions of the normal bacteria and disinfection resid-ual bacteria in TSB medium containing different concentrations of neutralizer and neutralization products. Results All the concentrations of neutralizer and neutralization products had no effect on normal bacteria growth, but had the inhibition effect on remaining bacteria, especially in the medium containing neutralization products. Conclusion The disinfectants sterilization test uses TSB medium powder that added in neutralizers accredited by quantitative methods. The concentrations of neutralizer and product in culture system are too high, which may cause false negative results. The growth recovery capa-bility of residual bacteria is weaker than that of normal bacteria after disinfection.
