摘  要:目的观察3种中和剂对常用手消毒剂的中和效果,为科学评价手消毒剂的消毒效果提供参考。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法和规范的6组设计方案,评价3种中和剂对常用手消毒剂涉及的聚六亚甲基双胍、氯己定、复合季铵盐和三氯羟基二苯醚等4种有效成分的中和效果。结果中和剂A对5种手消毒剂原液和稀释液均不能有效中和;中和剂B仅能中和稀释后的低浓度聚六亚甲基双胍、氯己定和复合季铵盐;中和剂C可中和中高浓度的聚六亚甲基双胍、氯己定和复合季铵盐。3种中和剂对含三氯羟基二苯醚的手消毒剂原液和稀释液均不能有效中和。结论中和剂C即D/E中和肉汤,对聚六亚甲基双胍、氯己定、复合季铵盐等多类手消毒剂的中和剂鉴定有实用意义,对于含三氯羟基二苯醚消毒剂的中和剂筛选仍然是难点,需要进一步实验和探索。Objective To observe the neutralizing effect of neutralizer for the common hand disinfectants,and to provide a reference for scientific evaluation of hand disinfectant. Methods Evaluating the effect of three neutralizers for the hand dis-infectants which containing polyhexamethylene biguanide、chlorhexidine、compound quaternary ammonium salt or triclosan with suspension quantitative germicidal test. Results Neutralizer A could not neutralize effectively the five hand disinfect-ants;Neutralizer B could neutralize effectively the four hand disinfectants with low concentration;Neutralizer C could neu-tralize effectively the four hand disinfectants with middle and high concentration;Triclosan could not be neutralized with three neutralizers. Conclusion C is D/E neutralizing broth medium which is useful to neutralizer verification test. But the neutralizer verification test for the neutralizer containing triclosan is still difficult,which still calls for further research and confirmation.
