摘 要:采用热裂解-固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法(Py-SPME-GC-MS)分析17种常用卷烟纸浆原料的热裂解产物,在空气气氛中,将浆原料分别在300℃,500℃和700℃条件下热裂解后进行固相微萃取,采用HP-5 MS毛细管色谱柱对热裂解产物进行定性分析.结果表明:随着热裂解温度的升高,阔叶木浆、针叶木浆和麻浆3种纸浆的热解产物种类也随之增加,主要是以醛类、酮类化合物为主;在300℃条件下,阔叶木浆的热裂解产物种类最多(7种).在500℃条件下,阔叶木浆和麻浆的热裂解产物种类相当(13种);在700℃条件下,3种纸浆的热裂解产物种类基本相当(≈15种);同一温度下阔叶木浆热裂解产生的酚类物质、巴豆醛和稠环芳烃类物质最多.The pyrolysis products of 17 types of materials of pulp for cigarette paper were investigated by using solid phase micro-extraction (SPEM)coupled with pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry (Py-GC- MS ). In air atmosphere, the pulp was pyrolyzed at 300 ℃ ,500℃ and 700 ℃, respectively. The pyrolysis prod- ucts were extracted by SPME and introduced into GC-MS with HP -5MS capillary column, and were qualita- tively analyzed. The results showed that : with the increasing of the pyrolysis temperatures mentioned, the types of the pyrolysis products of hardwood pulp, softwood pulp and hemp pulp were increased, mainly with aldehydes and ketones compounds. And at 300 ℃ the types of the pyrolysis products of hardwood pulp were most at dif- ferent pyrolysis temperatures(7 types). While at 500 ℃ the pyrolysis products of hardwood pulp were the same in amount with that of hemp pulp(13 types). At 700 ℃ the pyrolysis products of the 3 types of pulp were about the same in amount (about 15 types). At the same temperature the pyrolysis phenols, crotonaldehyde and condensed aromatics were most in hemp pulp pyrolysis.
