学校体育场馆服务模式的创新研究

摘　　要：学校体育场馆向社会开放有其历史背景和国家层面不断完善的制度性保障为依托,是对百姓需求的响应和反馈。以学校体育场馆开放中存在的主要问题为切入点,提出解决学校体育场馆开放关键性问题的创新之道,即政府购买服务、社会效益和经济效益共融、应用"互联网+"体育云平台管理系统等。并以"桃浦模式"和"慈溪模式"为典型案例,分析其管理模式的内涵、受托公司的特点,凝练其所具有的分工与协作统一、管理专业化程度高、信息查询便捷、开放学校后顾无忧、社区居民健身安心等优势。研究旨在为学校体育场馆的社会服务模式提供借鉴和选择依据,推动场馆服务水平的提高。School sports facility services for the society has its historical background and is guaranteed by national institution. Based on the problems existing in today＇ s school sports facility services for the society and two successful modes, the paper propounds some solutions, such as government-purchased services, combined benefits of society and economy, application of internet plus management system, analyzed the definition, characteristics of mandatory administration, then summarized main advantages such as unification of specialization and cooperation, professional management, convenience of information inquir- y, minimized worries of schools, convenience of community fitness, which will promise a feasible mode of school sports facili- ty serving for society and a higher service level.
