摘 要:基于转底炉直接还原工艺,通过正交试验,研究了配碳量、还原温度、还原时间对钒钛磁铁矿含碳球团金属化率的影响,并对其影响规律进行了分析。结果表明:配碳量是影响金属化率最重要的因素,还原时间次之,还原温度的影响不显著。在配碳量为1.0、还原温度为1 350℃、还原时间25 min的工艺条件下,金属化率最高为94.59%。Based on the direct reduction process of rotary hearth furnace(RHF),the influences of the three factors such as mole ratio of carbon to oxygen,reduction temperature and reduction time on the metallization rate of carbon-containing pellets of vanadium-titanium magnetite were studied by orthogonal experiment,and their influence laws were also analyzed. The results showed that among the factors of affecting metallization rate,the mole ratio of carbon to oxygen was the most important,the reduction time was the second,and the reduction temperature was not significant. The metallization rate reached the maximum 94. 59 % under the technological condition as follows:the mole ratio of carbon to oxygen was 1. 0,the reduction temperature1 350 ℃,and the reduction time 25 min.
