摘 要:为了提高高炉及热风炉用热风管系的使用寿命,对武钢及国内不同企业热风管系用耐火材料的组成与性能数据进行了收集和分析,对相关的企业标准及技术条件进行了讨论,并介绍了热风管系耐火材料行业标准的内容及其制定的要求。热风管系用耐火材料应该通过成分来控制材质,通过对重质砖的蠕变率、加热永久线变化、抗热震性等指标的控制来保证砖衬的品质,通过对轻质砖的导热系数、加热永久线变化、耐压强度等指标的控制来保证其隔热和安全使用性能。建立适宜的热风管系耐火材料行业标准,有利于提高热风管系的使用寿命,降低维修成本,提高炼铁的技术水平。To improve the service life of hot wind pipes between blast furnace and hot wind stove,the data of compositions and properties of the refractory for hot wind pipes used in WISCO and other different enterprises were collected and analyzed. The interrelated standards and the technical conditions were also discussed. The contents and requirements of refractory trade standard for hot wind pipes were introduced.The quality of the refractory for hot wind pipes should be controlled by composition. By control of creep rate,heat permanent line change and compressive strength of heavy bricks,the quality of the lining for hot wind pipes was insured. By control of hot conductivity coefficient,heat permanent line change and compressive strength of light bricks,the heat insulation and safe service performance of hot wind pipes were insured. The service life of hot wind pipes could be improved and the maintenance cost would be reduced by establishing the trade standard of refractory for hot wind pipes,and it was benefit to improve the technical level of iron-making.
