摘　　要：以消防疏散系统结构和人员安全疏散判定理论为基础,介绍BIM技术在大型和小型建筑消防疏散中的应用。以上海市儿童福利院消防疏散演练为例,分析人员特性和建筑结构子系统,可知模拟疏散时应考虑人员拥挤、通道宽度、疏散设施成为次生障碍物等因素。This article to fire evacuation system structure and personnel safety evacuation decision theory as the foundation, introduces the BIM technology applied in the large and small building fire evacuation. In the Shanghai children＇s welfare home fire evacuation drills, analysts features and building structure subsystem, it is concluded that simulation of evacuation should consider personnel crowded, channel width, evacuation facilities secondary barrier and other factors.
