摘　　要：随着现代化建筑工程的不断增多,建筑市场日益活跃,对于建筑企业来说,要想在激烈的市场竞争环境中获得市场先机,就要加强自身的内部建设,抓好施工管理工作,对工程预算造价工作进行正确合理的控制,文章结合工程实例对某高层建筑全过程造价预算控制的具体措施进行了分析,以便更好地在保证工程质量,节约成本。With the increasing of modern construction and the increasingly active construction market, for the construction enterprises, in order to gain market opportunities in the fierce market competition environment, it is necessary to strengthen its internal construction, do a good job of construction management, The project budget for the work of the correct and reasonable control, the article combined with engineering examples, a high-rise building the whole process of cost control of specific measures were analyzed in order to better ensure the quality of the project while saving costs.
