摘 要:针对异步电机V/f控制在空载及轻载状态出现的电流振荡现象,分析得出振荡原因在于定子无功电流分量振荡造成的电机定子磁链及电磁转矩振荡。在定子电压矢量定向坐标系中,对定子无功电流分量进行振荡抑制,电流和转速得以稳定。该方法在通用变频调速装置上由软件实现,不需要额外的硬件成本。实验结果验证所述方法的有效性,目前已应用于通用变频器产品中,取得了良好的经济效益。According to the current oscillation phenomenon in the no-load and light load condition,the V / f control of the induction motor was analyzed,and the reason of the stator flux and the electromagnetic torque oscillation caused by the stator reactive current component oscillation were analyzed. In the stator voltage vector oriented coordinate system,the stator reactive current component was suppressed,and the current and speed can be stabilized. The method is implemented only by software on the universal frequency conversion timing device,and does not require additional hardware cost. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the method. It has been applied in the general inverter products,and has achieved good economic benefits.
