摘  要:回热器为回热式低温制冷机的主要部件之一,其结构直接影响制冷机的性能。本文分析了分层填充回热器对制冷机性能的影响,在此基础上,结合回热器模拟软件REGEN3.3的仿真结果,设计了线性斯特林制冷机的分层填充回热器结构,并做了实验验证。实验结果表明,回热器采用适当的分层方式能大幅度提高制冷机的性能。该制冷机与优化前相比,降温速度提升了14%,整机效率提高了37.5%。As the key component of the linear Stirling cryocooler, the regenerator plays a vital role on the thermal performance. Based on the effect of the filled metal meshes on regenerators' thermal performance and the simulation results of REGEN3.3, three typical multi-metal-mesh filled regenerators were built and tested, which are assembled in linear Stirling cryoeooler. The experimental results show that the regenerator, which have been multi-metal-mesh filled in a right way, can make a great thermal performanee improvement of linear Stirling cryocooler. Finally, the cooling rate of the crycooler was improved by 14%, and the efficiency of cryocooler was improved by 37.5%.
