火力发电厂特殊高宽比烟道设计与数值模拟分析

摘  要:应用我国火力发电厂烟风煤粉管道加固肋及内撑杆设计计算方法,采用有限元分析方法,对特殊高宽比烟道加固肋及内撑杆选型计算结果进行数值模拟分析,并对强度条件的短边加固肋选型计算公式进行修正。分析结果表明:短边加固肋可按长边加固肋规格选用,也可使用修正后强度条件公式联合刚度条件、振动条件公式进行选型计算,加固肋及内撑杆选型结果均偏于安全。Design and calculation method for supporting rib and internal bracing of thermal power plant air & flue gas ducts/raw coal & pulverized coal piping and the finite element method were used to analyze the selection results of supporting rib and internal bracing for gas duct with special height-width ratio, as well as the short-side supporting rib selection formula for the strength condition were amended. The results indicate that the specification of short-side supporting ribs can follow the long-side ones or do selection calculation by the amended strength condition formula with rigidity one and vibration one, and the selection results of supporting rib and internal bracing tend to be safe.
