摘 要:超临界压力直流锅炉炉膛水冷壁倾斜管内壁对工质的对流换热系数及对水冷壁管的安全运行尤为重要,为此对某1 000 MW超临界压力塔式直流锅炉螺旋水冷壁进行了实炉试验测量,计算出螺旋管圈水冷壁管内壁与工质间的对流换热系数,并以此为据,拟合出计算超临界压力下螺旋水冷壁管对流换热系数的计算公式,并对该炉型水冷壁管超温现象进行了分析,为水冷壁的安全运行提供了参考依据。The leaning tube internal convective heat transfer coefficient of water wall tube in supercritical pressure once-through boiler is important for safe operation of the water wall, so the experimental tests were done on spiral tube of one 1 000 MW supercritical pressure once- through tower-type boiler, and the convective heat transfer coefficient between spiral tube and the fluid was calculated, then the formula of convective heat transfer coefficient of spiral tube under supercritical pressure was fitted. And the overheating of water wall in this type boiler was analyzed, and the reference was provided for safe operation of water wall.
