摘 要:利用Gambit建立了高炉渣棉管道复合保温结构模型并划分网格,在FLUENT模拟软件中对管道保温复合结构的传热过程进行了数值模拟计算,研究不同保温层厚度及不同外界环境条件下管道保温的温度场变化情况。结果表明:57,216 mm外径管道合适的保温层厚度分别为22,38 mm左右,模拟百米线长计算得到各种外界条件下的出口温度均在94℃以上,保温结构外表面温度均低于40℃,验证了这种复合保温结构在有无风或风速大小以及外界环境温度等各种条件下均可满足保温要求,并发现异形件在保温施工时需注意分支管道应相距适当的距离,否则会造成热量的大量损失。Gambit was used to establish the blast furnace slag wool pipe composite insulation structure model and mesh was divided,in the FLUENT simulation software,the heat transfer process of the pipe composite insulation structure was numerical simulated in order to investigate the temperature field of pipe insulation under different temperatures and different external conditions. The results show that the suitable thickness of insulation layer of the pipe with 57 mm,216 mm outside diameter are about22 mm and 38 mm respectively. Simulation of one hundred meters long pipeline shows that the outlet temperature calculated were above 94 ℃ in various conditions,and surface temperatures insulation are lower than 40 ℃. At the same time,the results verify that the thermal insulation structure in the conditioin of presence of wind,the wind speed and ambient temperature can meet the requirements of heart preservation,it is found that the shaped parts should be paid attention to the proper distance of branch pipe in the heat insulation construction,otherwise it will cause a large amount of heat loss.
