摘  要:高含硫天然气管道由于含有大量的硫化氢,一旦管道发生泄漏,会带来严重威胁,所以泄漏检测至关重要。文中介绍了声波泄漏检测系统的基本检测原理、泄漏定位原理以及典型的系统组成及功能。介绍了声波泄漏检测系统应用于高含硫天然气管道的系统设置以及声波传感器型式的选择,还包括泄漏测试管路的设置、测试步骤以及测试结果等。经过现场测试及运行,声波泄漏检测系统在高含硫天然气管道的应用取得了较好的效果。If there is a leakage on the pipeline which contains large amount of H2 S,there will be serious threat. So leakage detection is very important. The basic detection theory and location of leaking point theory of sonic wave leakage detection system were introduced,as well as the typical system components and functions. Sonic wave leakage detection system applied in the system configuration and selection of sonic wave sensor of high sulfur natural gas pipeline was described,which involves test pipeline configuration,test procedure and test results. After test on site and commissioning,sonic wave leakage detection system achieves better effect for high sulfur natural gas pipeline.
