摘  要:输油管道环焊缝开裂可能造成严重的威胁,但漏磁内检测技术难以精确识别及量化环焊缝缺陷。因此,基于漏磁内检测数据结果的适用性评价结果可能存在较大的偏差。为此,对比环焊缝缺陷无损检测结果,分析漏磁内检测环焊缝缺陷的尺寸量化精度,并基于无损检测的缺陷尺寸进行失效评估,结合管道实际运行压力,进行疲劳强度校核。评估结果显示无损检测识别的环焊缝缺陷均满足安全评定要求,不需要修复。Oil pipeline girth weld cracking may cause serious threat,but magnetic flux leakage in-line inspection is difficult to identify and quantify the girth weld defects accurately. So the suitability of girth welds may has a large deviation based on inline inspection data. Therefore,the quantitative accuracy of girth weld for magnetic flux leakage in-line inspection was analyzed by comparing the nondestructive testing results. And the defect size failure assessment was performed based on the NDT results combining actual operation pressure. The fatigue strength was checked.The assessment results show that girth weld defects identified by NDT meet the requirement of safety assessment and need not to be repaired.
