摘 要:超低频开关功率放大器是超低频通信系统中的主要谐波源,利用SM技术减少其谐波辐射是提高通信系统性能的有效措施;研究了超低频通信系统中单开关功率放大器和基于SM技术功率放大器的放大原理,并对两者的波形和频谱进行了仿真;通过研究基波功率占比和谐波抑制比,定量分析了SM技术减少超低频功率放大器谐波辐射的情况;根据SM技术产生阶梯波的特点,讨论了阶梯数和阶梯宽度取值,为SM技术在超低频功率放大器上的应用提供了理论和数据支撑。Super Low Frequency( SLF) switching power amplifier is the main harmonic source in SLF communication system,using SM technology to reduce the harmonic radiation is an effective measure to improve the communication system performance. The amplification principle of single switching power amplifier and power amplifier based on SM technology in SLF communication system was researched,and their waveform and spectrum were simulated. By studying the fundamental power proportion and harmonic suppression ratio,SM technology to reduce the SLF power amplifier harmonic radiation was analyzed quantitatively. According to the characteristics of the step wave,values selection of steps and the step width was discussed,which provides a theoretical and data support for SM technology applied in the SLF power amplifier.
