摘　　要：随着旋转模切设备生产产品类别的不断增加,在使用过程中需要经常性地调整各工作参数去适应不同产品的生产。为此,基于PC平台,采用Delphi可视化程序开发工具开发了3工位旋转模切机的参数检测系统。该系统包括参数检测系统及通讯试验数据采集、实时监测系统,实现PC端与PLC数据的在线通讯,能方便、准确、简单地对3工位旋转模切机运作过程的工作参数进行检测,为高效、优质的模切生产提供参数数据,同时为3工位旋转模切机实现各运动部件同步控制的研究提供数据支撑。Due to the diversified product categories,the working parameters of the rotary die-cutting equipment have to be adjusted constantly to fit in with different categories in its producing process.Based on the PC platform,this research develops the parameter detection system for rotary die-cutting machines of three working stations by Delphi 7.0 visualization program,including parameter detection system design,data collection and real-time monitoring of communication experiment,so as to realize online communication between PC terminal and PLC data,and to detect the working parameters more conveniently,accurately,and simply in the process of running these machines.This system provides parameter data for efficient and high-quality die-cutting production,and for supporting the researches to realize synchronic control of each moving part for such machines.
