农村教师工作压力与压力反应的关系研究——以农村小学教师为例

摘　　要：为了解农村教师工作压力与压力反应的现状及其关系,采用问卷调查法对170名农村小学教师进行调查。结果表明:农村小学教师的工作压力和压力反应较大;农村小学教师工作压力的工作特征与身心特征因子存在显著的性别差异,农村小学教师工作压力的生理反应因子存在显著的学历差异;农村小学教师工作压力与压力反应之间相关极其显著,工作压力对压力反应具有正向预测作用。This study aims to understand the relationship between work pressure and their reaction among ru- ral teachers. A survey was conducted to 170 rural primary teachers. The results indicated that their scores in work pressure and reaction are larger than the average. There are significant difference between male and female teach- ers in the factors, namely, work characteristic and psychophysical characteristics. There is a significant difference in physiological reaction between teachers of different education levels. The relationship between work pressure and their reaction is significant and the former is a predictor of the latter.
