高校图书馆与院系资料室协同发展论析

摘　　要：高校图书馆和院系资料室协同发展不仅顺应了时代环境的要求,而且也是读者需求的必然之势。相关政策支持、专业技术支持、网络条件支持等成为馆室协同发展应该具有的重要共同基础。而要做到协同发展,就必须要改革管理体制,构建文献资源互用机制,并尽早实现馆室联网。只有这样,才能使广大读者最大限度地共享学校图书馆和院系资料室的各种文献资源,从而实现一起进步合作共赢。The collaborative development of university library and department reference rooms not only com- plies with the requirements of the times, but also is the inevitable trend of reader＇s demand. Relevant policy sup- port, professional technical support, and network support have become the important foundation for the develop- ment. To achieve coordinated development, it is necessary to reform the management system, the establishment of the mutual use of literature resources, and to achieve the early realization of the library room network. Only in this way can we provide access for the readers to all kinds of resources both in the library and the department ref- erence rooms, and to achieve a win-win cooperation.
