政府招标采购下高职院校图书馆中文图书采购质量控制研究——以襄阳职业技术学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：文章对国内政府招标下的中文图书采购进行了研究,结合襄阳职业技术学院图书馆参与政府招标采购的实践,提出了通过建立指标评价体系等多种手段来提高政府招标采购下的中文图书采购质量。In this paper the domestic government bidding purchase of Chinese books were studied based on the practice of Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College library participating in the government procurement. The paper proposed the establishment of index evaluation system and other means to improve the Chinese books purchasing quality.
