摘 要:合成了异鲁米诺衍生物N,N-二丙基异鲁米诺,对其结构和光谱性质进行了表征与研究。结果表明,pH=2~4时,N,N-二丙基异鲁米诺有较强的荧光,且随着pH值的增大荧光强度先增强后减弱,在pH=3时,荧光强度达到最强;pH=5~6时,荧光强度随着pH值的增大逐渐减弱;pH=7~12时,荧光强度基本稳定。在N,N-二丙基异鲁米诺的浓度为0~50μmol·L^(-1)时,荧光强度随浓度的增大而增强,线性拟合的标准曲线方程为y=4.5371+7.9074x,相关系数R2为0.9972。紫外吸收光谱表明,N,N-二丙基异鲁米诺在296nm处有很强的π→π*跃迁和苯环的重叠引起的B带吸收峰,在200~240nm处有羰基与苯环双键共轭引起的较弱的K带吸收峰。Isoluminol derivative N,N-dipropylisoluminol was synthesized,its structure was characterized,and its spectral properties were studied.When pH=24,N,N-dipropylisoluminol had strong fluorescence,and the fluorescence intensity increased firstly and then weakened with the increasing of pH value,when pH=3,the fluorescence intensity was the strongest;when pH=56,the fluorescence intensity gradually weakened with the increasing of pH value;when pH=712,the fluorescence intensity was basically stable.When the concentration of N,N-dipropylisoluminol was 050μmol·L-1,the fluorescence intensity increased with the increasing of the concentration.The standard curve equation of linear fitting was y=4.5371+7.9074 x,and the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9972.Ultraviolet absorption spectrum showed that,N,N-dipropylisoluminol had strongπ→π* transition and B band absorption peak caused by overlapping benzene ring at 296 nm,and conjugate weak K band absorption peak between carbonyl and the double bond of benzene ring at 200240nm.
