摘  要:采用氧化沉淀法,以钛白粉副产物硫酸亚铁(FeSO_4·7H_2O)为铁源,以二乙醇胺(DEA)为沉淀剂制备了氧化铁脱硫剂,探讨了DEA浓度、搅拌时间、反应温度、DEA与FeSO4·7H2O物质的量比等对氧化铁脱硫效果的影响,并通过XRD、SEM、孔结构分析对氧化铁的结构和形貌进行了分析。结果表明:在FeSO_4·7H_2O浓度为0.72mol·L^(-1)时,控制DEA浓度为25%、搅拌时间为1.5h、反应温度为40℃、DEA与FeSO_4·7H_2O物质的量比为2.0∶1时所制得的氧化铁脱硫剂的穿透硫容最高可达31.17%;XRD图谱显示,所得产品为无定型氧化铁,在高温灼烧后逐渐转变成晶态的α-Fe_2O_3;SEM图谱显示,所得产品为不规则片状结构;孔结构分析表明,所得产品的孔道主要为3~10nm狭缝型介孔,比表面积达到132.162m2·g^(-1),孔容为0.183cm3·g^(-1),平均孔径为5.541nm,最可几孔径为4.11nm。Using titanium dioxide by-product ferrous sulfate(FeSO4·7H2O)as an iron source,diethanolamine(DEA)as a precipitant,iron oxide desulfurizers were prepared by an oxidation precipitation method.The influences of DEA concentration,stirring time,reaction temperature,molar ratio of DEA to FeSO4·7H2O on the desulfurization effect of iron oxide were investigated.And the structure and morphology of iron oxide were analyzed by XRD,SEM,and pore structure analysis.Results indicated that,the penetrating sulfur capacity of iron oxide desulfurizer reached a maximum value of 31.17% when FeSO4·7H2O concentration was 0.72mol·L-1,DEA concentration was 25%,stirring time was 1.5h,reaction temperature was 40 ℃,and the molar ratio of DEA to FeSO4·7H2O was 2.0∶1.XRD patterns showed that,the obtained product was amorphous ferric oxide,and it was gradually transformed into crystallineα-Fe2O3 after calcinating at a high temperature.SEM image showed that,the structure of the obtained product was irregular sheet structure.Pore structure analysis showed that,the pore of the obtained product was mainly mesoporous of 310nm slit,the specific surface area reached 132.162m2·g-1,the pore volume was 0.183cm3·g-1,the average pore diameter was 5.541 nm,and the most probable pore size was 4.11 nm.
