摘 要:杜229块超稠油蒸汽驱先导试验区井组自转驱以来,经历"蒸汽吞吐预热"和"蒸汽驱替"阶段以后,进入"蒸汽突破"阶段,蒸汽驱替效率低,油层在纵向上动用不均,油井在平面上受效不同,大部分油井温度高、含水高、产油量下降快。为延缓"蒸汽突破"阶段产油量递减,进一步提高油藏采收率,通过室内实验研究评价得到CO_2泡沫复合体系。该体系能够有效补充油层能量,对油层大孔隙、高渗透通道进行有效封堵,迫使蒸汽转向驱扫低渗透油层区域,调整蒸汽驱替方向,起到调整油层纵向动用剖面和改善油井平面均匀受效程度的作用,同时溶解原油降黏,产生弹性驱动力,增加助排渗流能力,达到提高蒸汽驱替效率的目的。现场应用表明,井组油层纵向动用程度明显改善,平面上各口生产井受效程度得到调整,整个井组生产效果明显提高,对维持油田持续稳产具有重要作用。The well groups in pilot test area of steam flooding in Du229 block super heavy oil reservoir has entered the steam breakthrough stage after the stages of steam stimulation preheating and steam flooding.The steam displacement efficiency is low,and the oil reservoirs were produced unevenly in the longitudinal.Oil wells have different results on the plane with high temperature,high water cut and fast decline of the production for most of them.In order to delay the oil production decline in the steam breakthrough stage and to enhance oil recovery further,CO_2 foam system was gained through the evaluation of laboratory experiments.After the system was applied,the reservoir energy can be complemented effectively,the reservoirs with large pores and high permeability channel may be blocked effectively,which forces the steam to sweep the area of the low permeability reservoirs,and the direction of steam flooding may be adjusted.The vertical profile of the oil reservoirs was controlled and uniform plane effect of the oil wells may be improved.At the same time,the viscosity of the dissolved oil may be reduced resulting in elastic drive and greater cleanup flow capacity.The goal of efficiency of the steam flooding may be improved.Field application presents that the vertical produced degree of oil reservoirs in the well groups was obviously improved,the effect degree of the production wells on the plane has been adjusted,and production effect of the whole well group was improved obviously,which has important role on the sustainable stable production of oilfield.
