“6S”管理方法在临床护理管理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨"6S"管理方法在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法:本院于2015年5月-2016年5月期间对科室环境、护理人员、药品及仪器等实施"6S"管理,对比分析本院"6S"管理前后患者对于护理满意度及科室护理质量情况,探讨"6S"管理的临床应用效果。结果:临床护理管理工作实施"6S"管理方法后,临床护理质量明显高于实施前,患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于实施前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理管理工作采用"6S"管理方法,可改善护理人员的专业素养,提高临床护理服务工作质量,提升患者护理满意度,改善医院形象,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective： To probe the application effect of ＂6S＂ management method in clinical nursing management.Method： The department environment, nursing staff, drugs and equipment were implemented ＂6S＂ management in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016, the nursing satisfaction of patients and quality of nursing were compared and analyzed before and after the ＂6S＂ management implemented, the clinical application effect of ＂6S＂ management were explored.Result： After the implementation of the ＂6S＂ management method in clinical nursing management, the quality of clinical nursing was significantly higher than that before the implementation, patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work were significantly higher than that before the implementation, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The clinical nursing management with ＂6S＂ management method can improve the nurses＇ professional quality, the quality of clinical nursing work, nursing satisfaction of patients, and the image of hospital, it is worth to be further promoted.
