摘　　要：腹横筋膜在腹股沟疝外科领域是一个必须关注的解剖结构,是热门的讨论议题之一,但是疝和腹壁外科对腹横筋膜的定义仍然是一个模糊的概念,不利于准确理解腹股沟区腹横筋膜以及其它筋膜解剖的理解,造成了一些紊乱,本文从基础解剖和胚胎学的角度对腹股沟区腹横筋膜以及其它筋膜进行分析,以理清腹股沟区腹横筋膜的解剖学问题。Transverse fascia is a concerned anatomical structure in inguinal hernia surgery. However, the definition of transverse fascia in hernia and abdominal wall surgery was still confused, which was not conducive to accurate understanding of the transverse fascia in inguinal region and other fascia. This article was to analyze the transverse fascia in inguinal region and other fascia from anatomy and embryology.
