摘  要:通过实验研究泵头体单排孔垫处理结构及工艺的可行性。处理泵头体常规热处理工艺中,由于内部十字相贯孔的相贯线处应力集中却无法完全消除,严重时可能产生裂纹,最终导致泵头体报废,直接造成经济损失。虽然根据热处理工艺需要,在此处增加了R3 mm的圆角,但实际生产中该工艺要求无法得到保证。为改进传统热处理工艺存在的不足,采用泵头体材质样块,尝试取消十字相贯孔,采用单排孔热处理结构,并检查内部区域材料机械性能和微观组织,为后续工艺的改进提供参考。Through the experiment of single hole of pumphead with its structure and operation the pump head of normal heat treatment process, the intersecting line of internal cross intersecting hole stress concentration cannot be completely eliminated, may cause serious crack, resulting in pump head scrap, directly cause economic losses.Although according to the needs of the heat treatment process, the R3 mm increase in the corner here, but in the actual production process requirements can not be guaranteed. In order to improve the shortcomings of the traditional heat treatment process exists, with the pump head body material sample, trying to cancel the cross intersecting hole,the single row hole heat treatment structure, and check the mechanical materials and microstructure within the region,which provides a reference for the improvement of follow-up process.
