摘　　要：顾维超学验俱丰,对张锡纯学术经验积有心得,尤其对张氏大气学说多有发挥,临床擅于运用益气升陷法治疗疑难杂症。本研究通过对近年来顾师大气下陷证的临床医案文献资料的回顾性总结,对大气下陷证出现的适应病证及选方用药进行了客观的分析,为掌握顾师益气升陷法治疗大气下陷证的规范化与标准化提供了客观依据,也为提高临床疗效提供了参考资料。Dr. GU Wei-chao has rich and particular clinical experience in the application of traditional Chinese medicine. Through retrospective summarized Dr. GU Wei-chao clinical cases＂ reports on the syndrome of sinking of qi in recent years, the diseases of adaption of the syndrome of sinking of qi and its medication were analyzed objectively, that supplied objective evidences for normalization and standardization of the syndrome of sinking of qi, and supplied some information for improving clinical effects.
