芩部丹体外抑制结核分枝杆菌的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察芩部丹中各成分在单味药和复方组合下,对结核分枝杆菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:将黄芩、百部、丹参三药单煎、两药或三药组合混合煎,配制成含不同药物浓度7H9肉汤培养基,接种1 mg/m L的结核分枝杆菌(H37RA)菌液0.1 m L,37℃温箱培养2周,转种于7H10琼脂培养基,在37℃下培养4周,观察结核菌生长情况。结果:黄芩液1∶10;百部液1∶5;丹参液1∶5有抑制结核菌生长作用。黄芩百部混合液,黄芩丹参混合液1∶20,丹参百部混合液1∶10均有抑菌作用;而黄芩百部丹参混合液1∶40即有抑制结核分枝杆菌生长的作用。结论:黄芩、百部、丹参3种中药在实验条件下均有抑制结核分枝杆菌的作用,联合用药效果优于单药,芩部丹复方体外抑菌活性最强。Objective： To observe the effect of each ingredient or the compound of Qinbudan （芩部丹） to inhibition tuberculosis on experiment condition. Methods： Tuberculosis （H37RA） was vaccinated into 7H9 broth culture medium contain different concentration drugs, cultivated for 2 weeks under 37℃. Then vaccinated on 7HlO agar culture medium and cultivated for 4 weeks under 37℃. To observe the growth condition of tuberculosis. Results： 1：10 Huangqin Liquid, 1：5 Baibu liquid, 1：5 Danshen liqid could inhibite tuberculosis growth. 1：20 Huangqin-Baibu compound liquid, 1：20 Huangqin-Danshen compound liquid, 1：10 Danshen-Baibu compound liquid had the effect of inhibiting tuberculosis,while 1：40 Huangqin-Baibu-Danshen compound liquid had the effect of inhibiting tuberculosis. Conclusions： Huangqin, Baibu, Danshen could all inhibite tuberculosis. The drug union was superior than the drug separate. Qinbudan had the superist inhibiting effect in vitro.
