“调督通脑针法”治疗青少年抑郁症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察"调督通脑针法"结合心理疗法治疗青少年抑郁症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),治疗组给予"调督通脑针法"结合心理疗法治疗;对照组予盐酸舍曲林片结合心理疗法治疗。10 d为1个疗程,两组分别治疗3个疗程。采用HAMD量表为评定工具,分别于治疗前、治疗1、2、3个疗程后各评定1次,评价治疗效果和不良反应。结果:两组HAMD总分均逐渐下降,治疗组在治疗前、治疗1、2、3个疗程后的HAMD均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为83.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"调督通脑针法"结合心理疗法治疗青少年抑郁症疗效满意。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of GV-regulating and Brain- activating Acupuncture combined with psychological therapy in the treatment of yongersters＇depression. Methods： The 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=30） and control group （n=30）, the treatment group was given GV-regulating and Brain-activating Acupuncture combined with psychotherapy treatment; the control group was treated with Sertraline Hydrochloride tablets combined with psychotherapy treatment. 10 days for a course of treatment, two groups were observed for 3 courses. Using the HAMD scale, respectively evaluate the score of two group in patients before treatment and 1, 2, 3 course after treatment, to evaluate the curative effect and adverse reactions. Results： Two groups of HAMD total score were gradually decreased, the HAMD scores of treatment group before treatment, 1, 2, 3 months after treatment were all lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%, control group was 83.3%,the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： GV-regulating and Brain-activating Acupuncture combined with psychological therapy in the treatment of yongersters＇depression has less adverse side effects and low recurrence rate.
