益母草碱对心肌缺血的保护作用及机制研究进展

摘　　要：对益母草碱在体内外对缺血心肌的保护作用及其机制作一综述。认为益母草碱对缺血心肌具有较好的保护作用,益母草碱能明显恢复心肌梗死大鼠的左室收缩、舒张压,降低水肿和肺淤血,减少心肌梗死面积,改善心功能。并在细胞层面显著提高细胞存活率,降低细胞内的活性氧含量,减少阿霉素等引起的心脏毒性。According to the previous studies, Leonurine exerts protection effects on ischemic myocardium. Leonurine can obviously restore left ventricular systolic, diastolic pressure, reduce edema and pulmonary congestion, reduce myocardial infarction area, and improve heart function in rats with myocardial infarction. And at the cellular level, Leonurine significantly increases cells survival rate, reduces the active oxygen content in the cells, reduces the cardiac toxicity induced by doxorubicin.
