中医涩肠法治疗湿热型肛门瘙痒症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医涩肠法治疗湿热型肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:将符合条件的100例湿热型肛门瘙痒症患者,随机分为治疗组(口服加味葛根芩连汤+自拟方坐浴)50例、对照组(自拟方坐浴)50例。疗程为1个月,治疗后比较两组肛门瘙痒程度、肛周皮损情况及总有效率的差异。结果:两组肛门瘙痒缓解程度及肛周皮损恢复情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医涩肠法治疗湿热型肛门瘙痒症疗效明显。Objective： To research the clinical curative effect of restraining intestine method of traditional Chinese medicine for anal pruritus of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome. Methods： The 100 cases of anal pruritus of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome were divided into two groups at random. The therapy group with 50 cases was treated by Gegenqinlian soup addition and subtraction combined with sitz bath of Chinese Medicine. The compare group with 50 cases was treated by sitz bath of Chinese Medicine.Make records and statistics of both groups＂ itching, lesion of anal surface and total therapeutic effect before treatment and after one month. Results： As for the curative effect of the symptom such as alleviate itching, lesion anal surface,and effusion, the treatment group was much better than the contorl group （P〈0.05）. Through statistics,the total effective of the two group was different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Restraining intestine method of traditional Chinese medicine have certain curative effect for anal pruritus of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome.
