从医学发展的大趋势看日本汉方医学的出路

摘　　要：从东西方医学形成、文化背景和历史进程着眼,探讨了日本汉方医学形成及畸形发展的历史原因。进而基于现代科学从简单科学走向复杂性科学、科学方法从分析走向综合、现代医学向东方整体论医学回归的时代大趋势,从方法论角度,探讨了日本汉方医学的本质、优势及缺陷,目前的状况及面临的问题。在此基础上,明确指出"认祖归宗",全面继承中国的传统医学,借助日本的现代科技优势,在现代医学向整体论医学转型的过程中发挥日本独特的作用,是汉方医学乃至日本医学未来发展的最佳途径。This paper explores the historical reasons for the formation and abnormal development of Japan Kampo Medicine, from the perspective of Eastern and Western medicine formation, cultural background as well as their historical development process. As modem science developed from simple science to complexity sci- ence, scientific method from analytical reductionism to holism, and the trend that modem medicine return to holism of the Eastl this paper from a methodological point of view to explore the essence, advantages, short- comings, current status and the problems of Japan Kampo Medicine. This paper is, from a medical strategy perspective, to seek for a visionary and workable practical route for the future development of Japan Kampo Medicine and Japan medicine.
