活血祛风法治疗偏头痛的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价活血祛风法治疗偏头痛的疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Cochrane Library、Pub Med,检索2000年1月至2015年10月的相关文献,收集活血祛风法治疗偏头痛的随机对照试验(RCTs)。评价研究质量,提取资料,并采用Rev Man5.3进行系统分析。结果:共17篇文献包含1621例患者纳入研究,Meta分析显示:活血祛风法治疗组的总有效率优于对照组[OR=3.84,95%CI(2.88,5.13),P<0.01],治愈率优于对照组[OR=3.28,95%CI(2.36,4.57),P<0.01],复发率低于对照组[OR=0.07,95%CI(0.02,0.29),P<0.01]。漏斗图显示不对称,提示纳入评价的文献存在发表性偏倚。结论:活血祛风法治疗偏头痛疗效优于单纯西药治疗,但由于本系统评价纳入研究质量较低,尚需更多高质量的随机对照试验验证其疗效及安全性。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy Methods： We searched CNKI, VIP, WanFang, CBM, and safety of the Huoxue Qufeng in treating migraine. and Pubmed online, Cochrane Library （January 2000 to October 2015） for randomized control trails about the Huoxue Qufeng to treat migraine. Trail screening, quality assessment, and data extract were conducted. Statistical analysis was conducted by using RevMan 5.3 software. Results： A total of 17 randomized control trails were include with 1621 cases. Meta-analysis showed that： when compared with the control group, the Huoxue Qufeng was superior in the total effective rates [OR=3.84, 95%CI （2.88,5.13）,P〈0.01], superior in the cure rates [OR=3.28, 95%CI （2.36,4.57）,P〈0.01], lower in the recurrence rates [OR=0.07, 95%CI （0.02,0.29）,P〈0.01], between the two groups are significantly different; Funnel plot is asymmetric that indicates publication bias Conclusion： The Huoxue Qufeng is more effective than western medicine in the treatment of migraine, more large-scale multi-center randomized trials are needed.
