启明丸治疗肝肾不足型老年性白内障临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察启明丸治疗老年性白内障(肝肾不足证)的临床疗效。方法:将60例老年性白内障患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予启明丸口服。30 d为1个疗程,服药2个疗程后比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.3%,高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候总有效率为80.0%,高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05);治疗后两组视力、晶状体厚度、晶状体平均灰度值、晶状体混浊面积均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组各指标水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:启明丸治疗老年性白内障(肝肾不足证)有一定的疗效,可以提高患者视力,降低晶体的混浊度,改善患者中医证候。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qiming Pills on senile cataract （liver and kidney de- ficiency syndrome）. Methods： The 60 patients of senile cataract were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 30 cases in each. Patient were treated by routine western medicine treatment in control group, and Qim- ing Pills as well as routine western medicine treatment in the treatment group, with 30 days for a period of treatment. The curative effect was compared between two groups in 2 course of treatment. Results： The total ef- fective rate of overall efficacy was 83.3% in treatment group, and 60.0% in control group; And the treatment group showed higher total effective rate than the control group （P〈0.05）; The total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy was 80.0% in treatment group and 60.0% in control group; And the treatment group showed higher total effective rate than the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the two groups the vision, lens thickness, average grey value, the lens of the lens portion of the area have improved in two groups （P〈0.05）; and the treatment group improved better than the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qiming pill showed certain effect on senile cataract （liver and kidney deficiency syndrome）; It can improve the patients＂ vision, re- duce the patient＇s crystal turbidity, and relieve TCM syndromes.
